So I've finally managed to make some progress.
I've lost 29 pounds. I'm currently only 1kg overweight. I recently tried calculating my body fat and according to the most positive figure it was only 1% over the ideal (and 12% below the average).
I'm also working out more then an hour a day, buring up to 800 calories on a good day.
I've fallen in love with pilates and have been building up a lot of muscle. I feel so much stronger and more flexible.
So all in all it's pretty great.
My weight loss has stalled lately and I've been exactly the same weight for about a month (not going up when I'm bad but also not going down when I'm good). It's frustrating because I'm only 1k from being in the healthy weight zone and it was the first of my two goals but I am constantly getting stronger and might be regularly losing weight and replacing it with muscle (which weighs more) so I'm determined to think of it as a positive.
As for eating, I'm eating healthier and better and actually currently working toward consuming more calories a day then I have been.
Once I get into the wealthy weight zone my goal is to get to my ideal weight (BMI wise) which is another 9 kgs lost.

Glad to hear that! I think 29 pounds is a lot I'm sure you will reach your final goal sometime.
