Well it is a new year and I decided to try and get fit again. Hopefully I keep at it this time!! I am planning on working out at least 4 times a week, with a mix of cardio and strength training. and also eating healthier.

Nice I'm also planning with a friend right now... we want to start little fitness sessions, once a week. I don't do sports normally, so I hope I'm not gonna stop after the first hour. We're planning go jogging or inline skating.
