Hey guys, I eat like a pig, its food every half an hour for me At first I wondered if it was a thyroid problem but after some research I realised that its just that my metabolism is really high. Im 5'4 , bust=31 inches, waist= 26 inches and 15 years of age. Basically a skinny girl. I have put on a bit though, my waist size was 24 earlier I have noticed that everytime I eat a lot the fat tends to accumulate in my stomach. So its curvy one day and straight the other. And ponge-y one day and flat the other. My upper body is smaller than my lower body. I have really long legs though and theyr the best part of my body. My query is : How can I get a bikini body?? I think I should put on a bit but in a nice controlled way and I want a nice toned body without changing the appearance of my legs. Only problem: Im lazy and I cant stop eating. Please help. Its another of those stupid teenage woes xoxoxoxoxo Appu <3

HOLY! I'M LIKE THE SAME EXACT THING!! But I'm 5'6", have no idea about bust and waist, and am 1.5 months away from being 17. The rest I'm the same thought, my upper body is smaller but not only by length by fatness (?) too. And I'm lazy and can't stop eating either.
Anyways so a way to get toned on the stomach is to do sit-ups. I've heard ellipticals are good to tone your legs.
