Hey guys Okay, so my best friend wanted to know why she wouldnt lose weight. Shes been on a strict diet, she barely eats and she works out like crazy. Also, she misses breakfast. So I decided to do a little research and here are some facts that I would like to share with you. * Never skip breakfast. Your brain is in a mode of starvation for many hours and skipping breakfast only gives your brain a signal to tell your calories to settle down. Hence it is observed that people who skip breakfast dont usually lose weight. * Keep eating small meals throughout the day. This does not mean that you skip the three important meals of the day tho. Eating small meals at regular intervals increases your metabolism so fat doesnt settle down. So do NOT restrict yourself from eating anything, just make sure its in small quantities * Dancing is a form of exercise. Dancing for one or more hours can help you lose weight. It has been proven * Eat low fat meat such as Turkey, chicken and fish For vegetarians, its green leafy vegetables and fruits. Try not to eat too much corn. Its very unhealthy.
