Sounds good. The eating after 7:30 bit would be tricky for me (especially cause I got to sleep at about 1).
How are you doing with it all, now it's a week in?

its not no eating after 7:30. it is just no carbs. And I have been doing AWFUL. ahha. there has been a lot of birthday parties and stuff lately so i have been going out, partying, and ordering food late. and then during the day i am all hungover and dont want to do anything. I am going to try to be better at this. At least for a week. haha. oh boy.

Alright, so I havent weighted myself lately, but I have been sticking to the eating part pretty good. I havent really been doing a lot of working out. But at my job, I usually work 4 shifts that are 8 hours, and I am always standing and walking the entire time. No sitting except on break. But things are going pretty good. I havent been partying a lot. Just being careful to pick one or two days a week. and have been doing pretty good

I used to, on occasion, eat half a loaf of bread at 10pm when I was going through growth spurts. I actually read an article the other day about the benefits of potatoes with losing weight. I should have posted it here.

So, I just got Jilian Micheals 30 day shred. It has three levels of workouts. you are suppose to do the 1st level for a week, then move up to the 2nd one for the next week, and then the 3rd one the next week. I JUST got it. It is around only a 20 minute workout. I did my first one yesterday, and OMG I am so sore. haha! 20 minutes of death! lolol. I am going to do my 2nd day today, we will see how that goes. lol. I didnt think 20 minutes would ever be so hard.
