So I have no clue what my weight is (no scales) but I know I'd like to change it a lot and get back to being more fit. I used to do half an hour on the treadmill each morning before I started working seven days a week and now I don't have time in the morning and no energy in the evening.
So I have two goals:
Get up two hours earlier in the morning - I've always had problems getting to sleep (it can take up to three hours on a bad night and at least half an hour on a good night) so even though I probably spend up to ten hours in bed I don't really get enough sleep. In order to get up earlier in the morning I'm going to have to aim to go to bed at about 10:30 which is going to be really hard because I'm a total night owl.
And return to doing at least half an hour of exercise per day.
I also want to start organizing my time better. I've been thinking of writing up a daily schedule.

I totally wrote out a daily schedule this week. As you can read on my fitness thread, I got totally off track so I wrote up a schedule. And I added more than exercise too. I've put time to practice the piano (I looked at a piece I used to know by heart & hated that I couldn't do it anymore. Specially since its insanely tough and super impressive), time for screenwriting, exercise, friend time, portrait time. I've only used it for 2 days but I've already felt like I better used my time and didn't just find ways to waste it.

I have problems getting to sleep at night also. Once I'm asleep I can sleep for hours, but just the initial falling asleep part can be hard. My problem is I can't close off my mind, I'm always thinking about something.
I think having a daily schedule is a really good idea. I might try that some time.

oh yeah, ditto the falling asleep. My dad says when he doesn't exercise he ends up awake longer so maybe our fitness stuff will help. That and I know reading before bed instead of tv or computer can help.

I used to play a game when I was a kid where I'd try to trace back my pattern of thoughts from what I was thinking about when I went to sleep until now. How did I go from thinking about Peanut Butter to Giraffes etc. It's really bad. lol
