Does anyone else here do hula as a form of exercise?
I hear it's really good for your stomach but I can't seem to figure out the technique. I've been watching how to videos on youtube but no matter what I do I can't keep rotation up for more then 4 circles.
I've been racking my brain to try to remember if I could do it as a kid and I'm pretty sure I could. I'm not sure what's changed in my mind to stop me now.

I did it as a child and I remember that I was actually good at it. I tried some time ago, but I need a lot of practise to succeed again

I've heard hula hooping is super awesome to staying fit. I do sometimes but my hoola hoop broke and now it falls after a few spins

They have this game for the wii game system called wii Fit. One of the sub-games on the game is a virtual hula hooping thing. You basically stand on this board and move your hips in the circular motion as if you were hula hooping ;D you could try that. Or, try bending your knees a little more. That might help (:
