From to 1. Duplicate your image and set it to screen, Opacity 100% (depends on your image) 2. Open selective color (Layer>New adjustment layer>Selective Color) Reds: -100, 23, 100, 100 Yellows: 100, 0, -100, 4 Whites: 0, 0, -73, 0 Neutrals: 0, 0, -28, 0 Blacks: 0, 0, 13, 0 3. Open another Selective Color Reds: -100, 0, 100, 0 Neutrals: 34, 0, -22, 0 3. Go to Layer> New fill layer> Solid Color and fill with f4aff5 and then set it to screen, 20% (depends on your image) DONE! =D Other Examples; PS; does not work with really light pictures, but you can try of course!

Hey, does anyone know how this translates into PSP?
I'm assuming you have to mess with the Adjustment Layers properties a bit, but its not the same as what PS would do!
